I am a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator who is passionate about helping persons with diabetes maximize life style behaviors for self managing their diabetes. My experience is in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I provide one on one conversations or group sessions to empower persons with diabetes to make healthful adjustments to medications, meal planning, healthy coping, activity and other factors in glucose control. I am an experienced author and lecturer in nursing management and patient lifestyle management.
